The operation of the drying oven series VENTICELL and sterilizers STERICELL is based on soft, patented air ventilation via fan in the electrically heated chamber. The series VENTICELL is suitable for perfect, rapid and precise process of drying, heating and sterilization in laboratories. For hot-air sterilization in healthcare we offer the series STERICELL.
The unique system of air ventilation within the chamber ensures a silent operation and a soft heating of samples. The double-jacket design of the chamber together with adaptable microprocessor unit Standard-line (on request: Comfort-line with many additional functions) ensure a homogeneous temperature profile throughout the chamber, exact process course and short recovery times (return to the required temperature) after opening the door.
The standard equipment of the devices VENTICELL and STERICELL includes also a continuously adjustable air flap into the chamber.

Basic design components:
 
 Sturdy design and perfect corrosion prevention are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side. The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304). For the purpose of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. The inner walls of the chamber can be easily removed without using any tool, e.g. for the purpose of cleaning. On top of that the chamber has a continuously adjustable air flap and can be provided with a door with window and an interior lighting on request. The door is secured at four points for perfect tightening. There is possible to choose particular volumes of the Standard-line or Comfort-line according to the level of the microprocessor control unit.

The drying oven series VENTICELL with forced air ventilation for drying, heating and sterilization, with the chamber volume of 55, 111, 222, 404 and 707 litres, working temperature from +10 °C above ambient temperature up to 300 °C and precise temperature control is suitable for work with all common goods in laboratories and industry.
The series VENTICELL is characterized by quiet run and soft forced air ventilation within the chamber and is suitable for high-quality and safe drying, heating and sterilization of goods in laboratories. The patented air ventilation system ensures a rapid and precise reaching of the required temperature throughout the chamber and consequently the ideal process of sample heating. The series VENTICELL offers high operation comfort, precise control and short temperature recovery times in the chamber after opening the door and therefore it is suitable for demanding and precise tests and processes.
The devices VENTICELL meet requirements of technical-legislative regulations in CZ and EU.

Product Series Description 

The series STERICELL is characterized by quite run and soft forced air ventilation within the chamber. It is suitable for high-quality and safe drying, heating and sterilization of goods in laboratories, with the chamber volume of 55, 111, 222 and 404 litres. We offer the volume of 404 litres also as a two-door (passing-through) type for installation in a wall. The patented air ventilation system ensures a rapid and precise reaching of the required temperature throughout the chamber and consequently the ideal process of sample heating. The series STERICELL offers a high operation comfort, precise control and short temperature recovery times in the chamber after opening the door and therefore it is suitable for demanding and precise tests and processes. In addition to the equipment of VENTICELL the series STERICELL is also provided with sensors watching the opening of the door and the air flap and with special software. This solution excludes completely any influence of careless operation on the safe result of the sterilization cycle. There is possible to print charge protocols with a printer or save them in a PC.
The sterilizer STERICELL 404 is available either as one-door or as passing-through (two-door) variant for installation in a wall between the clean and the sterile zone.
The series STERICELL is destined especially for sterilization of goods in healthcare and laboratories.

The series STERICELL is suitable for hot-air sterilization in healthcare. The built-in sterilizer guarantees always rapid and precise rise and temperature control.
