An integral offer of hot air sterilizers line STERICELL. The line STERICELL is suitable for perfect, rapid and precise process of drying, heating and sterilization in medicine and laboratories. The sterilization effect is achieved by forced convection of dry hot air at the specified temperature and the sterilization exposure time. There are usually the temperatures of 160 °C and 180 °C used with the sterilization exposure time from 30 to 60 minutes according to the character of the application. The actual process takes place in a closed chamber made of stainless steel. The operation principle is based on soft, patented air convection by means of a fan in the electrically heated chamber. The unique system of the air convection in the chamber ensures a quiet run and soft heating of samples. The double-jacket chamber design and the microprocessor control unit Standard-line (on request: Comfort-line with many additional functions) secure the homogenous temperature distribution throughout the chamber, precise course of processes and short recovery times (return to the specified temperature) after opening the chamber door. As a standard, the units STERICELL are also provided with a continuously adjustable air flap into the chamber.

Basic design components:
Sturdy design and perfect corrosion prevention are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side. The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304). For the purpose of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. The inner walls of the chamber can be easily removed without using any tool, e.g. for the purpose of cleaning. On top of that the chamber has a continuously adjustable air flap and inner glass door. The door is secured at four points for perfect tightening. There is possible to choose particular volumes of the Standard-line or Comfort-line according to the level of the microprocessor control unit. 

Product Series Description

The series STERICELL is characterized by quite run and soft forced air ventilation within the chamber. It is suitable for high-quality and safe drying, heating and sterilization of goods in laboratories, with the chamber volume of 55, 111, 222 and 404 litres. We offer the volume of 404 litres also as a two-door (passing-through) type for installation in a wall. The patented air ventilation system ensures a rapid and precise reaching of the required temperature throughout the chamber and consequently the ideal process of sample heating. The series STERICELL offers a high operation comfort, precise control and short temperature recovery times in the chamber after opening the door and therefore it is suitable for demanding and precise tests and processes. In addition to the equipment of VENTICELL the series STERICELL is also provided with sensors watching the opening of the door and the air flap and with special software. This solution excludes completely any influence of careless operation on the safe result of the sterilization cycle. There is possible to print charge protocols with a printer or save them in a PC.
The sterilizer STERICELL 404 is available either as one-door or as passing-through (two-door) variant for installation in a wall between the clean and the sterile zone.
The series STERICELL is destined especially for sterilization of goods in healthcare and laboratories.
