The operation of drying ovens INCUCELL V is based on soft, patented air ventilation via fan in the electrically heated chamber. The series INCUCELL V is suitable especially for high-quality, safe and rapid processing of microbiological cultures. The built-in fan ensures rapid and precise temperature rise and control.
The unique system of air ventilation within the chamber ensures quiet operation and soft heating of samples. The double-jacket design of the chamber together with adaptable microprocessor unit Standard-line (on request: Comfort-line with many additional functions) ensure a homogeneous temperature profile throughout the chamber, exact process course and short recovery times (return to the required temperature) after opening the door.
The standard equipment of the devices INCUCELL V includes also an inner glass door a continuously adjustable air flap into the chamber.

Basic design components:
Sturdy design and perfect corrosion prevention are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side. The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304). For the purpose of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. The inner walls of the chamber can be easily removed without using any tool, e.g. for the purpose of cleaning. On top of that the chamber has a continuously adjustable air flap and inner glass door. The door is secured at four points for perfect tightening. There is possible to choose particular volumes of the Standard-line or Comfort-line according to the level of the microprocessor control unit.

The series INCUCELL V is characterized by quiet run and soft forced air ventilation within the chamber and is suitable for high-quality and safe processing of microbiological cultures. The patented air ventilation system ensures a rapid and precise reaching of the required temperature throughout the chamber and consequently the ideal process of sample heating. The series INCUCELL V offers high operation comfort, precise control and short temperature recovery times in the chamber after opening the door and therefore it is suitable for demanding and precise tests and cultivation processes.
