The series FRIOCELL is suitable for processes in biotechnology, botany, zoology, food processing industry, cosmetics, chemical industry, laboratory analyses etc. The unique cooling and heating system combined with the first-quality multiprocessor control system offers precise simulation of selected processes.
The operation of the incubator series FRIOCELL is based on soft forced air circulation in combination with patented high performance cooling placed in the chamber. The unique air ventilation system in the chamber ensures quiet run and soft heating of samples.
The double-jacket design of the chamber together with the adaptable multiprocessor control unit Comfort-line ensure homogeneous temperature profile throughout the chamber, exact process course, short recovery times (return to the required temperature) after opening the door and many other functions.
The standard equipment of the devices FRIOCELL includes also inner glass door and possibility of fan speed regulation.

Basic design components:

Sturdy design and perfect corrosion prevention are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side. The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304). For the purpose of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. The inner walls of the chamber can be easily removed without using any tool, e.g. for the purpose of cleaning. On top of that the chamber is provided with a fan with speed regulation and with inner glass door. The door is secured at four points for perfect tightening. The devices are provided with multiprocessor control unit Comfort-line with chip card system.

The high technical standard of the series FRIOCELL with the chamber volume of 55, 111, 222, 404 and 707 litres, working temperature from 0 °C up to 99.9 °C enables tempering of samples, precise in time and space. The patented cooling system (ecological cooling medium R134a) offers precise and rapid simulation of natural processes and reduces the risk of sample evaporation. The devices can be provided with various types of inner chamber lighting.
The series FRIOCELL is suitable for processes in biotechnology, botany, zoology, food processing industry, cosmetics, chemical industry etc. The patented system of air ventilation in the chamber guarantees rapid and precise reaching of the selected temperature profile within the chamber and consequently the ideal process of sample heating. The series FRIOCELL offers high operating comfort, precise control, possibility to reach even extreme short times of temperature changes and short times of temperature recovery in the chamber after door opening and therefore it is suitable for demanding and exact tests and processes of sample cultivation.
